All import taxes are included. Optional pickup in Thailand is charged separately and shown in the same currency as shipping.
Where do I send my parcels?
After payment you will receive the warehouse address by email. Write room # followed by your Shopify order number on each box so our team can identify it.
Can I request pickup without a printer?
Choose pickup and select No for the printer question. Our team will coordinate document preparation before collection.
Is Cashback a cash refund?
No. It is a discount coupon for a future order, available when paying by an eligible bank-transfer method.
